This section gives access to Banking sector legal acts of Turkey.

Turkish banking sector is regulated by primary legislation, i.e. Law on Central Bank, Banking Law and secondary legislation issued by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency. Secondary legislation mainly includes regulations as well as communiqués. Opinions and guidance on existing regulations may also be issued.
